Clustra account deletion

To delete your Clustra account, sign in to the Clustra app, open Profile, and choose “Delete my account.” Confirm the request while signed in to the Google account that owns the Clustra account.

The request deletes the Firebase Authentication identity and Clustra server-side records, including the Clustra credit account, credit transactions, and Play purchase-token records associated with that account. The current implementation does not keep a separate deletion queue; the request is processed immediately when the authenticated server request succeeds.

Photos, exported backups, and other files stored only on your device are not uploaded as part of account deletion and must be removed separately from the device or backup location.

Operational and security logs held by Firebase, Google Play, or hosting providers may be retained under those providers’ policies and applicable legal requirements.
